How fit are you,
actually?
FORWOD is a workout app that scores what you did in watts — so for the first time you can actually measure your fitness, and compare it with anyone.

There has never been a way to measure how fit you are.
Not a scale, not a step count, not a heart rate. Every app on your phone counts what you did — sessions, streaks, calories burnt. None of them can tell you whether the capacity your body can actually generate got any bigger.
“Fitness is your work capacity across broad time and modal domains.”GREG GLASSMAN
FOUNDER, CROSSFIT
Everyone quotes it. Nobody measured it. That's the whole product.
Fitness is a power output. So we measure it in watts.
Weight moved, distance covered, time taken, and the body doing it. That's physics, and physics gives you a real figure. Like horsepower — except you're not a horse.
Physics, not points.
No proprietary wellness score. No arbitrary rings. Work done, over the time it took, by the body that did it.
What you did
Photograph the whiteboard, say it out loud, or type it. Movements, loads, reps, distance, time.
Work done
Mass moved through distance, over the time it took. Your height and weight matter, so we use them.
One number
A figure you can track month to month, and compare with anybody alive.

Photograph the whiteboard. That's the whole job.
FORWOD reads the workout, scores it, and puts it on your board. Works with no signal — it scores itself when you're back online.
Finally, a fair
leaderboard.
Big or small, man or woman — work capacity is work capacity. No handicaps, no divisions, no arguments. Start a board with your gym or just your mates, and settle it.
